Returns for accepted/used items:

  1. Once the item has been either washed, used, or even unwrapped, if it is not applicable to ‘damaged in transit’, we can not accept a return or refund of the doll. **IV. Refund Method**

  1. After we receive and inspect the product and it meets the return conditions, we will refund according to the payment method you used when purchasing.
  2. If you used online payment (such as Paypal, etc.), the refund will be credited within 5-15 working days.
  3. If you used a bank card for payment, the time for the refund to arrive depends on the processing speed of the bank, usually within 7-20 working days.

**V. What’s Not Covered by The Refund Policy?**

Minor Blemishes

Minor defects, such as skin blemishes, scratches, marks, indentations, dents, micro-cuts, minor changes in the skin surface, loose or missing fingernails/toenails, loose or missing eyelashes, and minor differences or inconsistencies in facial or body makeup, are not covered by our Refund Policy. These blemishes can often be resolved with our suggested fixes.

Finger & Toe Nails: Nails may become loose during shipping or after receiving the doll due to light glue application. If a nail falls off, you can reattach it using our lash & nail glue.

Loose Eyelash: The doll comes with a protective eye mask (spongy) to safeguard her eyes. If an eyelash detaches, you can reattach it yourself using our lash & nail glue.

Minor skin blemishes and changes: These are inherent to the manufacturing process (such as injection sites, mold seam lines, and scars on silicone heads) and are not considered defects covered by our Refund Policy.

Minor damage during shipping: Examples include minor scrapes or a bent neck, which can be easily repaired. We provide repair assistance and tools. Customers should attempt reasonable repairs based on our recommendations.

Handmade Error

All sex dolls are handmade, ensuring each one is unique. Therefore, expect slight variations in facial makeup, areola color, vagina color, etc., due to screen display differences or manual makeup application. While we strive to replicate the photographer’s makeup depicted in photos, exact matches are not guaranteed. Please allow for slight 1-3cm measurement differences due to manual measurements.

Heating and Moaning

User Damage

All dolls undergo a quality check before shipment. Used Dolls

Due to their personal nature, used dolls are not eligible for our guarantee. However, we will provide guidance for possible repairs.
